Step 1: Submit Your Application

What Is the Application Form?
  • The application form helps us understand your situation, needs, and the type of support you are seeking.
  • It allows us to evaluate your case and determine the best programs or services to support you.
  • Online: Visit our website and fill out the application form directly.
  • In Person: Come to our main office (address provided below) or one of our partner locations.
  • By Phone: Call us, and our team will guide you through the application process.
  • Basic details about yourself (name, age, contact information).
  • A brief explanation of your current situation.
  • Specific needs or services you are looking for (housing, counselling, training…etc).

Step 2: Case Review and Assessment

What Happens Next?
  • Our dedicated team reviews your application to understand your circumstances better.
  • We assess the urgency and type of assistance required ( emergency safe housing, long-term counselling, or vocational training…etc).
  • Applications are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
  • In urgent cases ( survivors of violence or trafficking …etc), we aim to respond within 24 hours.

Step 3: Consultation and Planning

What Happens in the Consultation?
  • A member of our team will contact you to discuss your needs in detail.
  • Together, we will identify the best program or service to address your needs.
  • A safe, non-judgmental conversation about your situation.
  • Recommendations for services tailored to your specific goals and challenges.
  • A preliminary action plan outlining next steps.

Step 4: Receiving Support

Once you are enrolled in our programs, we will provide:

 1. Personalised Action Plan:
    • Services you will receive ( counselling sessions, safe housing…etc).
    • Dates, times, and locations of your sessions or workshops.
    • Milestones to help you track progress.
2. Access to Services:

Depending on your needs, you may receive:

    • Safe housing accommodations.
    • Regular psychological support sessions.
    • Invitations to workshops, training programs, or community events.
    • Ongoing mentorship and follow-ups.
3. Ongoing Communication:
    • We will stay in touch to ensure the services meet your needs and make adjustments if necessary.
