Volunteer Policy Development for Nada Foundation

Introduction: The Nada Foundation values the essential contributions of volunteers to our mission of combating child marriage and empowering girls globally. This policy aims to ensure a rewarding and impactful volunteering experience through clear guidelines.

Volunteer Recruitment:

  • All volunteer postings will be advertised widely to reach diverse applicants.
  • Selection will be based on the match of skills, availability, and the Foundation’s needs.
  • Prospective volunteers will undergo an interview process and, where necessary, background checks.

 

Induction and Training:

  • Volunteers receive induction covering the Foundation’s mission, policies, and their roles.

Support and Supervision:

  • Each volunteer will have a designated supervisor for guidance and support.
